Would rather keep Martinelli if there was an option. Why do we have to play by the PSR rules when hardly anyone else is? Can’t we just bend them for once and get ourselves a proper squad with multiple options for most positions.

Our wage bill is pretty crippling. We’ve also got renerwwals for Saka, Saliba and Rice in the next 18 months. Saw somewhere that our wage bill was higher than Cities which shocked me.

It’s a good job spurs were one of the big spenders on wages because, if they hadn’t, then this season they might have been playing in the Championship.

I’ve got no issue with Eze and Madueke coming in. Martinelli, Havertz/Jesus and Madueke as a back up forward line actually has a lot to it. Throw in Eze or Nwaneri in the ten and our back up attack is a mini force

You must apply no strong links to the Chelsea lad if you’re applying them to the rest.
The links are certainly stronger to Sesko, Gyorkeyes, Eze and Rodrydo anyway.

I am encouraged that we are linked with Eze and Rodrygo, and seems certain that we will sign a striker.
I don’t see the defensive/midfield signings/links, including Kepa as a backup GK, as a negative. I think we’re doing smart business so far.
We could end up with Watkins, Madueke and Eze as our three attacking players……
