Timber is literally 3x the footballer
Serie A clubs are skint. If we sell him next summer it has to be a prem club. We should be able to get at least 30m. Tomi is a very very good player.
We shouldn’t even entertain selling him. Would much rather him in the mix than guys like Holding or Tierney.
They can try but I doubt we’ll be open to sell without a good offer and a replacement in mind.
Tomi is the perfect defender to have on the bench. He’s incredibly versatile and is well versed with our tactics being here the past two seasons.
He also doesn’t represent a huge talent dropoff or require a change in how we play.
I know I rag on Holding a lot but he and Tierney just can’t play the way we want to play.
