I get that the club want to build a young team and Arteta was under no pressure to finish top four but for a team already struggling for goals, to sell Aubameyang and not replace him was ridiculous.
if we had got a couple of decent attacking players on loan, it would have given us the impetus to push on.
This could have got us CL football which would have given the club around 40m to invest and it would have been easier to attract top level talent.
So not only did we lose out on all that, we saw spurs continue their run of finishing above us, and get in the CL at our expense.
