I don’t like that wishy-washy yellow. For an away kit I’d go with a reverse of our home kit. White shirt with red sleeves, blue shorts with maybe a gold accent somewhere.
I think the blue away shirt is the pick of the bunch too.
I don’t mind the pale yellow but I think the last version was a slightly more vivid tone and looked better for it. Glad it’s got navy shorts as the standard option this time but I would wager we’ll see yellow shorts a few times.

Yep, the more recent mock up looks quite gold, which is miles better than the pale shite we first saw.
No more pale, shitty yellows. Either give me a proper traditional Arsenal yellow or make it gold.

To be fair to adidas, their early take on yellow kits looked pretty washed-out too. Though it used to look warmer under the old Sodium floodlight lamps, especially at Anfield!
Would love to see the AFC cannonballs return on a jersey at some stage.

Actually, I’ve just realised that top will be 40 years old this summer, I reckon that’ll be the marketing angle as they’re both very basic takes on the template used. Hopefully this means we’ll have some proper retro adidas reissues. I’d pay good money for their old 80s tracksuit which just happens to have our new away kit colours

If you’re trying to imagine the scene at away grounds next season as our supporters chant “Champions” at our players who’ve just come out to do the warm-up, but wondered what our players will be wearing; It’s this.
Not a lightning bolt or bruised fruit in sight. I love it.

It’s probably the final mock-up made before the Deel deal was announced. I seem to remember that there was a possibility of an extension with Rwanda but it clearly came to nothing.
As for this merch drop. It’s alright but red stripes down the arm would have sold it to me. Re sponsorships on casual collections, the players’ version had “Emirates Fly Better” on them, but the retail version doesn’t.
