Arsenal Kits and Merch

Those of us with 21/22 pale yellow shirts have no need to buy this one if that render is actually 80% accurate.

I think the colour choice is down to us needing a red, a dark and a light home kit. Unfortunately. Though I do actually like the pale yellow.

Now we’re at the point when another kit collection is unveiled and new kit fatigue kicks in once again, I’ve been thinking of what fans actually want. Put aside any contractual issues these may cause;

  • Occassional 2006-style maroon or dark red kit for relevant anniversaries.
  • Mandated away colours of Yellow and/or Navy every season
  • More frequent use of red shorts to avoid using away kits
  • Mandated use of full non-monochrome badge on kits
  • Cannon replaces full badge on all kits
  • Replacement of home kits every 2 seasons
  • Ban the use of any colours other than red & white on home kit
  • Adopt black as our regular third kit
  • Adopt white/cream & red/maroon palates as a regular third kit
  • Exclusive to Arsenal Direct purchases only “no sponsors” versions of the replica kits.
  • Arsenal members get to vote on which of the alternative kits are kept for an additional season.

Only one I care about is replacing our shitty crest with the cannon tbh

Nice. Our best away kit since the black/gold one.

Blue-d Banana maybe?

The 23/24 yellow away is still top dog :pires2:

I would like to see our home kit for next season have the old style badge on, a few other teams have done it this season and it looks cool

Arsenal have a better Scotland home top than Scotland do

Yes, Footyheadlines won’t mark it as “Leaked” until they’ve had confirmation from another source that it’s correct.

UPDATE: Though I’m now told it’s “close but may have some small changes”. Sounds like standards are slipping at Footyheadlines.

That’d be an instant purchase.

I just beg they don’t go with red for the name and number. The yellow/gold would look so much better.

I agree and by the looks of things they can now have yellow names and numbers for EPL games.

Looks like a first leak of the third?

It fits with the info known. The stripes look too thin, unless adidas has reacted quickly to the negative feedback from the new international kits they’ve released and abandoned the fat stripes look.

Bored of adidas now

Let’s get them to re-issue the 1989 Yellow/navy kit before we kick them into touch but, yes, it feels like they’ve run out of ideas. Maybe they should stop releasing 3 kits every season.

That’s very weak, like that green/purple nothing from last year.

A “mock-up” based on the final info according to Footyheadlines.

Pale yellow kit from 21/22 now recovered from the boxes in the loft, there’s so little difference that it doesn’t seem worth buying the new one.

Miles better than the one a few posts above though. Quite like it, would probably be left as a Black Friday purchase now I know they do a good discount.

They do need some fresh ideas but there’s also only so much you can do with 3 new kits every year.

The blue is a banger and home will get default purchases by the masses.
