I know, but behind the scenes kit manufacturers will be finalising designs for next season by now and then sending them to the marketing team to give them a few months to come up with a load of bollocks about what the design means while shoe-horning in some vague historical reference that convinces idiots like me that I need to buy it.
I think I’ve outdone myself on this years merch, I’m not proud but I can stop at any point, can’t I?
