Plus our shirt sponsor is up for renewal at the end of next season.

Donât understand what you mean. I thought our stadium is called âThe Emiratesâ because of the sponsorship.
We have two sponsorships with emirates a long term deal to call the stadium the emirates and a seperate shorter term deal for the shirt. As far as Iâm aware they are not bundled together.
However obviously it makes sense for emirates to want them both at the same time. Probably not ideal for them having Qatar airways on our shirt while they sponsor the stadium for example.

Maybe, but what I meant was that we will be able to negotiate an improved shirt deal next year.
And our stadium naming rights are up for renewal in 2028 as well.

How do you all feel about the name? Weâve had âEmiratesâ since 2006. Weâre coming up 20 years.
Curious as to how much theyâre paying us to sponsor these labels.
The stadium naming rights is something like ÂŁ4m a year, and is due to expire in 2028. The Adidas shirt sponsorship is ÂŁ75m a year, and is due to expire in the next year or so.
No idea about the Fly Emirates part.

I quite enjoyed the Dreamcast/Sega switcheroo they did on the home and away shirts. Sega was a very cool looking sponsor, similar vibe to JVC for me.

I think Emirates has been getting this cheap for the past deal or two
This one needs to be huge, we on the verge of something great and they need to stump up the cash. Stadium and shirt sponsor for a team going for the title should be record numbers

Yeah it explicitly states âshirt sponsorshipâ, if thatâs true then thatâs fair @ ÂŁ50m/year. But surely weâre a more attractive club than Liverpool atm, we shouldâve been able to net more.
