And generally it doesn’t sound like a great way to deal with the pressure of a big game. The players should be focused on their own performance, or on the opponent… ie the game. With this he’s only highlighting a factor they can’t control: the crowd.

Dare I say we actually started that game decent in the first half (the 4-0 last season). Mane should have been sent off too (dirty bastard), before he opened the score just before half time.

Lokonga and Tavares lost their head that game. I think Arteta and Klopp clashing woke Anfield up that day.
We had a much better showing when we played in the League Cup there in January where we played with 10 men for most of the match. Would argue we had the best chances out of the two.
I think if we’re gonna pick something apart it’s the performances at the Emirates against Liverpool. Fans were buzzing as well but we didn’t really show much, nothing offensively and silly goals conceded.
A shame really considering Emirates has become a bit of a fortress really over the years.
Would love to see City and Liverpool get slapped there this season.
Our team was better than Liverpool that season. They had Rodgers as manager as well. They finished 2nd and came close to winning the PL.
What did Arsenal do?
We were 5-8 points clear at the top around December that period, we then got embarrassed by Chelsea, Liverpool, City. Dropped points left, right and centre and were out of the title race by January/February.
We ended 4th.
Now, that’s capitulation.

Yeah I think Prime is actually good value. I watch quite a bit on Prime video, plus I order a lot. I don’t even make use of all the benefits, like music, as I prefer Spotify.
