AFTV

Turkish was still calling Havertz a dead signing by the Villa loss despite him clearly turning a corner by then. A bad streak in December had them calling for Arteta.

Fresh new coat of paint ain’t fooling anybody.

Don’t we have people here and other forums (like AM) calling that Villa game an Arteta failure and saying this season is a lost because we are trophyless?

We have people like this everywhere; BUT, some emotional outbursts do not write off all their comments and opinions.

If we do, we are no different than them.

I may not like Turkish or some negatives (it is their character/personality, not that they are bad people) on AFTV, but this will not stop me listening to some others (like James) on the same channel. Robbie is objective also.
They work hard and some do worth listening.

I’m kinda with @ronniec on this. Although I’m not exactly a fan of the channel, nowawadays some of their podcasts are quite a good listen. I find myself listening to the odd one on days I fancy binging on Arsenal material to watch and listen to.

Their reputation will always tarnish them and I still find a lot of their regulars hard to like on a personal basis.

You are under a serious misunderstanding comparing this forum to public content. Anything is much worse if you put a camera on it.

I don’t like AFTV because they became the ‘face’ of the fans of this club. I massively disagree profiteering using the negatives of fandom to your advantage. They exploited the spirit of being a supporter. Clear as day. Don’t you remember their Wenger out campaign? I wanted him out but they were a disgrace.

The channel started by being ‘for the fans’ but very quickly we saw the same faces repeatedly (still do now from what I’ve seen fucking lol)

Also you can’t sweep aside how AFTV got to this position in the first place, let’s be real here. They have a reputation and anybody (Esp. Opposition fans) consume the content know it.

I don’t care Lee Gunner is hilarious.

Just his demeanor reminds me of so many people :joy:

Time will heal

Lucky that we have lots of options on the internet, and people can pick the ones they like to listen.

Lee Gunner isn’t part of AFTV anymore. This is like Rob Holding making a mistake and people laughing at Arsenal.

Voldemort cunt. Loves the sound of his own voice. Can see why other clubs can’t stand our fanbase.

Really? I think that cunt and his ilk have nothing to do with the Arsenal fanbase as a whole. Just a random bunch of pricks and every club has them.

Awful take on Declan Rice. Lee Judges seems like a reasonable Arsenal fan though from what I’ve seen.

It’s not unique to Arsenal tbh, we just have the biggest ‘media/fan’ channels online, so the exposure spreads like wildfire.

Fwiw, I heard a few fans saying similar things at the pub and at work. Some folk think Rice chokes when we play his old team.

Lee Judges love the sound of his own voice

He literally scored against them last year lol

Can’t watch Judges. I hear too much of his accent up the road in Clacton.

Of course and I agree, however their social media presence is significant, with their videos trending weekly across multiple platforms and reaching millions of viewers. This widespread exposure has led to the perception that they represent the entirety of Arsenal fans.
