25/26 Title race 🏆

That all sounds very encouraging, but then I remember that we have to go to the Etihad and that a win for them there, plus another loss for us with them winning their match, could see them top on goal difference, with them then only needing to match us and not concede their GD advantage.

It doesn’t feel farfetched.

Gonna be a stressful few months lol

I wanted to have had this wrapped up so that the CL could be focused on.

Ffs. Liverpool pathetic.

We gotta beat City at Etihad

We were never gonna make this easy on ourselves.

Not being dramatic but I have no confidence Arteta and this squad to get it done.

I don’t think they can handle the pressure.

Let’s face it, literally every single one of us worries that this is the case, even those of us who try to remain bullish.

We aren’t very convincing. Thankfully, neither are City.

we will still win the league but very annoying result today

Haven’t seen anything to change my stance all season that City will win the league. I think they’ll do it quite convincingly too.

I remember when people were saying our second half of season fixtures were easier than the first half. The issue atm is we arnt beating the good teams we’re facing at home and we’re struggling away against every team.

4 points is still a good buffer. Keep going

Feel like City will be in front before our final with them in the Carabao.

Whoever wins that will kill the other’s season imho.

Our fans are quite deluded and thought we had one hand on the trophy with half a season to go lol

Still in control ffs

Wouldn’t panic here. Brentford are just devilishly good at home. Did the same to City and Liverpool.
Didn’t help that we were missing Merino and Havertz in this. This is a game they would’ve been key in.

Would’ve been nice to steal the 3 points but we should be pleased with the point considering how the game went.

Much needed break for the main guys against Wigan.

Unfortunately not acting in control. We’ve had unbelievable opportunities to extend the gap but here we are, only 4 points ahead.

It’s a shame because bar MUFC game, any games we’ve dropped points, we had great chances to come away with wins.

Are we just going to say don’t panic every time we drop points? Lol. We haven’t played well since the Bayern game.

Underlying issues were always there, it’s just the focus shifted with Man City dropping points and seeing that as a comfort zone .

I’m worried about the games we are expected to cruise through.

The positive thing recently our game has picked up pace and intent but we really shouldn’t be dropping any more points, just such a shame we did not capitalise on extending our lead on two occasions.
