Honestly have concerns about going to Leeds away next week tbh. Not particularly confident and wouldn’t be surprised to see more dropped points.

All up to us. City will drop plenty of points, it’s on us to steady the ship and put a winning run together.

Going to be excruciating to watch if we can do it though.

We need Calafiori and Havertz, not just for their talent but I think they’re two of our strongest players in terms of mentality in the big moments.

And to top it all off, we don’t appear to be active in bringing in fresh legs and fresh ideas, so if this is a downturn, we won’t be able to fix it.

Tbh we have all the tools to win in with our current squad. We don’t have the excuse of a few years back where it was only really our first 11.

Yeah, I definitely expect that. They are still dogshit.

But with our recent form it’s hard to feel too confident no matter how bad other contenders are.

Those tools have reverted to sideways passes, midfield lapses and a defence that’s gone from solid to squalid. And our attacking threat relies on corners and own goals.

Problem is whenever these bloody frauds are rested you expect them to explode the next game. They then play like they are drunk and are on empty batteries. So it seems a rest does damn well nothing too, if anything they seem to get flipping worse!

I have recovered a now a bit lol.

This is a tough tough league. This is no BL.

Disappointing results against Forest, Liverpool and United, but it can happen.

The most important thing is how we respond now. We have to respond.

I think the whole team and Arteta in the first place could draw a lot of lessons out of this defeat. I hope they do.

We shouldn’t have been expecting us to win the league in January. We still have to play and will have to continue for a few months to get it.

We’re still in a great position… imagine we had to catch up on City. If we can’t respond now and can’t get into a good run of results we don’t deserve it.

But we shouldn’t write off ourselves yet.

It’s just not one of those 95 points title winning seasons as you got used in that 2018-2024 era or so…

That legendary United team of 2008 won it with 87 points and five defeats. You could say we’re on course to get something like that. If we get back on the right track.
