25/26 Title race 🏆

I’ve become cynical enough not to expect any consequences for wealthy criminals, City owners included. I expect City to be our main contender and for Haaland to score in every single league fixture this year.

Liverpool are not just frauds, they’re absolute dog shit. The games they’ve won they’ve underperformed but were baled out by lucky goals. And they’ve had an easy run bar Arsenal. Their spending spree looks like they spent money on all duds bar Eketike who looks good.

Now their schedule gets harder and their entire defense looks shit starting with what looks like an unfit Konate (who is also a fraud). Theo Von (Kerkez) gets roasted every game and Jeremie Frimpong gets abused as well.

Liverpool will continue to be exposed. We don’t need to worry about them until the home fixture. City are the ones we need to worry about.

I agree with you. At the moment City are just going about their business and no one is talking about them. All the focus is on Liverpool and Arsenal.

They do have a tough set of fixtures coming up though…Villa (A), Bournemouth (H), Liverpool (H), and Newcastle (A) so that will be a test for them.

Many are saying that this is the best chance Arsenal will have to win the title, and I think they are wrong, this is going to be first of many more to come because this team is going to only be better and better.

And I think that we are going to do finally destroy Liverpool and Utd this season just like City last tseason at Emirates.

we really messed it up last year. this liverpool team wasnt that great last year either but Salah carried them. This year Salah is not having the same form which is why they are struggling

Beat City at the Etihad and Liverpool at home and I’m convinced we win it. In our hands.

Haaland has 11/17 of their goals. Usually you’d say thats nor sustainable but he’s a fucking freak so who knows.

I think they will have a blip or two in the near future tbh. All about us making the most of that and continuing to rack up the points.

It’s a bit of a reversal of the previous dynamic where (at the moment) we look the finished article and City look like a good team who are still figuring themselves out.

It’s not just their shooting boots, their defence is a shambles.

Theo Von Kerkez is an exceptional observation.

Stay calm everyone. This is our season. I don’t see it going to anyone else, our defence is rock solid and we can snatch important goals at the other end. That’s all you need.

Don’t go too far out on that limb!

Arsenal will be up for those games, no doubt. Need to turn the disappointing draws from last season into more wins to win the title. Good start @ Fulham this past weekend.

Pool’s problem is much bigger than those pundits thought.
Salah and VVD’s deterioration; attack not in sync; Wirtz/Isak are not contributing; shaky defense and short of defenseman.

City is the real threat to us.

PGMOL are seriously working overtime to make sure this doesn’t happen for us. Trying their utter hardest to ruin our campaign.

I don’t think they’re competent or smart enough to pull off a conspiracy like that.
If there is a conspiracy Simon Hooper forgot about it yesterday. He could have easily and legally blown-up to stop Man Utd’s first goal.

With more than 3/4th of the season still to play, there are way too many ups and down still left in the season before the champion will be decided.

Having said that, If we get a bit of luck with injuries and our big players stand up when things get tough, there’s no reason (not referees or VAR, low blocking teams, fixture congestion and player fatigue etc.) we can’t win it this season.
