It was in that agonizing lose against Man City were we were the better team until him and Gabriel turned into prime Mustafi. If it wasn’t for that we would have won the match and would be in 4th position right now.

Tielemans + Partey is a classy midfield on paper.
Still, hoping we finally sell Xhaka and bring in a genuine third option where the level doesn’t slip, or the system is compromised.
Partey, Tielemans, new CM, Elneny and Lokonga is what we need to have depth for European competition next year.
Tielemans at £25-30m is really good business if we can secure it.

Really trust into Mikel talent ID. Maybe he likes how the belgian avoids pressure and how can add athleticism on midfield, a significant weakness paid this season.
