This is probably down to the AAA acquisition. He was their champion last time I checked so it makes sense theyâd keep him.
Not sure how involved WWE will be in how AAA is being run going forward. Whatever the case, El Patron is a big name and draw over there so getting rid of him might not be straightforward for AAAâs business.
