Logan Paul as US Champion. I wasn’t digging Rey’s reign so I’m welcoming the change. Issue is, you now have the midcard title on a part timer, what’s worse is the main champion is also part time.
I can see LA Knight taking it off him by Survivor Series or Royal Rumble.

Not sure what’s more embarrassing, Punk and Cena being on TV for about 2 months landing so high up the lists or Eddie Guerrero, Stone Cold and nWo being in the lists at all.
Surely a big seller among those that grew up during that era, all in their 30’s+ with money to spend, so I don’t see it as that much of a surprise. Stone cold and nwo two of the biggest mainstream things wrestling has ever produced. Eddie extremely popular and people still mourn his untimely death.
Plus the nwo and stone cold T-shirts can’t be beaten on simplistic style.
The more expensive items tend to be nostalgia merch too. Stone Cold has a custom title belt for example. I don’t know if that counts as “apparel” but it would no doubt influence the total if it did.
I actually look at that and my take away is good on LA Knight and Rhea Ripley to be that over. Also with no disrespect intended, I had no idea Eddie Guerrero’s merch was such a big seller.
We got the impromptu World Title main event between Seth and Sami, we had the CM Punks chants(again) and then the ending with a brawl to set up War Games between Judgement Day and Cody, Jey, Seth and Sami.
Yeah, there were CM Punk chants at Crown Jewel and then again yesterday.
There are still the weekly teases but so far anything coming out of WWE’s or Punk’s camp to the wrestling media is that it’s not happening, at least for now.
Think there will be a surprise at Survivor Series but it’ll be RKO.
Seems pretty wishful. It’s annoying for WWE that they have this Chicago PPV with this timing just after Punk was fired. They need to stick to their guns that this isn’t the right moment to bring Punk back and not let the momentary pressure to do so get to them.
It helps that Survivor Series is looking like a great show anyway and they may have Randy in their pocket to be a big return. I’m sure there will be some chants on the night but that’s nothing WWE hasn’t ignored before.
I think he is a damaged brand though, especially at the moment when it’s so soon after he was fired, especially since I think that was overdue on AEW’s part and he kept making himself more and more toxic.
Was the CW-NWA deal mentioned here? Looks like NWA blew that because the morons for whatever reason did a cut during a PPV to Father James Mitchell and he was doing cocaine.
Yeah, they somehow were close to struck two deals with CW.
One for a weekly wrestling show and another one for a reality one.
They did that shit with cocaine thing on a PPV and CW wasn’t happy, then yesterday CW announced that they got NXT and shit has now hit the fan with NWA.
AEW really cocked this up.
