He replied to another tweet saying it was the only time he ever faced Eddie as well. Crazy story.

AEW already reached the WCW stage of losing talent to WWE.

And she is very talented.

AEW probably didn’t know what to do with her in the end. Once a streak finishes, what next?

Stupid to make her lose clean to Statlander a second time, though

On the show that nobody watches as well.

Embarrassing stuff.

Would’ve milked that exit on whatever Dynamite show was her last one and have Jade put her AEW career on the line for one more chance at Kris.

That main event would’ve popped a big number and Kris would look a star.

Instead, they had a solid match on a taped show that aired well after everyone knew she was done.

I think she will have quite a task to get over in WWE, I don’t think she walks in a star at all. I’ve seen her wrestle quite a bit and I never thought she was top tier material.

She is not a great wrestler nor a good worker but I’m not sure she has to be.
If their goal is for her to be a workhorse then it won’t work. She needs the Goldberg booking to thrive.

I know WWE wants to immediately promote her to the main roster but with Becky in NXT, might be a good opportunity to have her be the one to beat Becky for it, run the NXT women’s division for a while, get some more rounds in the performance center and then go to the main roster.

I don’t think Becky’s stay in NXT is going to that long term and I don’t really want to see her jobbed out to Cargill anyway. I think that does more to turn the WWE audience off Cargill than it does for her.

Female monster heel is also a character WWE have never invested in, they always end up unremarkable midcarders. I’m also not really interested in seeing it. I don’t think it does the division as a whole any favours.

Btw, Ricky is publicly and unapologetically angling for a move to WWE.

He’s been backstage with Cody for various events in WWE. They’ve been told not to talk about Punk in the first suspension and then suspension/firing, he’s done so anyway. The other day he was putting out a tribute to Punk on Twitter and Instagram.

Now I see him congratulating Jade on the move. Dude has zero interest in staying at AEW long-term. :sob:

Man’s fucking shit, anyway. Done nothing with the push he’s gotten.

I think he’s done well since Collision debuted. However, his work in the ring still needs work.

Also, I still struggle to see him as something beyond a midcarder in a WWE landscape.

Might as well use this opportunity in AEW and try to raise his stock properly and improve. Sorry, but he ain’t that guy yet.

They really tried hard to push Bulldog in the late 90s but always felt out of place by that point.

His look with the jeans was a massive injustice and he just looked awful and jobber status. Disaster repackaging.

I mean, he and Big Show stand out quite clearly as being considerably below the level of the other participants in that lineup.

He got an almighty push.

Teaming him up with the Mean Street Posse, though. Jeeez

Shame Warrior’s trapdoor got him hooked on all kinds of painkillers though

If he still had his early 90s physique then you could’ve possibly taken him seriously as a threat to that lot. His attire they had him wear was fucking atrocious.
