Will Ospreay v Kenny Omega one on one would be good. As part of the triples, it dilutes it somewhat.

They’re building on it. Gonna happen at some point.

Can see Will being the joker in the Casino Battle Royal.

Almost all the title holders now are shit, in my opinion.

Jade Cargill does something for the TBS championship with the phenom like status, but that’s about it.

(Maybe an honorable mention for Hook with the FTW championship, but that might have come too soon)

Wardlow is awesome.
FTR too.

I reckon Punk is the champ again in a week’s time.

Fascinated to see who will be women’s champion next week. Britt is the biggest star in the women’s division but I reckon they’ll put it on Toni Storm.

For me, the tag titles that count are the AEW ones. So many tag teams out there that can hold those. Instead you’ve got Swerve and Big Keith holding onto them like they’re the flipping hardcore title that Pat Patterson could win.

Yeah, FTR gotta win the AEW Titles again eventually.
It’s a disservice to Swerve in our Glory as well considering FTR is clearly the best tag team in AEW.

Have a feeling Swerve and Lee will turn on each other at some point.

Yeah they were weirdly building up to this.

So were Jaymie Hayter and DMD a few months back and even that went quiet…

Yeah, I wonder if it was too close to MJF and Wardlow splitting so it would be undermined.
I also wonder if Hayter is ready to go solo.

Lmao. That’s literally all it was. They beat the developmental system

Tony Khan being the manchild he is, if he thought Dynamite stood a ghost of a chance against Raw or Smackdown, he’d put it up against them. Even he knows AEW’s place.

Watching a match between Ravishing Rick Rude and Hulk Hogan from 1988 on YouTube.

Fantastic showmanship from the pair of them. The venue and the acoustics seemed lame but the two wrestlers really lit it up and the crowd were totally engaged.

10/10 stuff for a non-house event.

HHH is correct that it’s never been a war.

But wait a sec. He never saw his baby NXT before Vince took it away from him as ‘Developmental’ he saw it as a 3rd Brand and everyone knew it.

Very unfortunate getting that injury in 1994.

They did say that he was someone you didn’t want to mess with outside the ring.

Didn’t he take out the Ultimate Warrior with one punch?

Yeah Warrior tried to give it the big’un about working stiff because he could during a match and Rick Rude gave him a quick reality check about respect.

AEW internal implosion is pending soon anyway. Hopefully guys like Omega, Young Bucks and all them shit heads end up back on the Indy scene. I can’t bare to watch them on TV.

Worse yet, I watched Omega and Ospreay do some weird as hell flip flop circus shit in the ring the other day. It was just such total nonsense.

Wrestling is a performance but it’s mean to mimic a fight of sorts at least.

Looks like a good ppv tonight, enjoying the novelty of it being in the uk and therefore being live at a civilised hour :grinning:

Watched the All Out PPV live. I would say that was their best PPV ever. From the pre-show, to the PPV and then the scrum which was full of fireworks.

I’ll try not to spoil it but @SRCJJ just hit the nail on the head in one of the posts above.

We may truly see a full-on AEW implosion soon. Cornette is about to feast on it.
There are 3 paths to go now.

  • Side with Punk and fix up the company for good
  • Side with The Elite and go back to being another car crash show
  • Try to hash things out and find a middle ground, which I personally can’t see considering there’s a serious rift in the locker room

I know for sure I ain’t sticking around for one of those choices. I have zero interest in AEW becoming and indyfest on steroids again.

Thanks for not spoiling, dude. I’ll try and watch it today
