William Saliba (2)

If they’re being assessed that indicates they aren’t badly injured, but their match readiness is touch and go.

A good sign.

Thank fuck, that’s a lot more positive than a season-ending mystery injury.

Probably they miss this weekend but are back for next week.

It’s Twitter so you can’t trust what’s been said below, but I’ll post anyway.

faaaaaaaaaaaaack

Here’s a question, do you push Saliba through these next 10 games (injections etc.) on the basis he performs completely as normal, but the trade off is that he then doesn’t play again until January 2024?

Basically, would you risk him for this final push at the expense of him not being available for the first half of next season.

Fuck man, I’m not sure we’re ever gonna be in this position again. If he dies, he dies

We are finished if he’s finished.

I’m not a big fan of using players who are carrying injuries and are not necessarily fit. You end up making the injury worse and more often than not they play like shit.

EL sporting game not worth it in the end. Not sensible

Fuck fuck fuck

Arsenal without Saliba, City without Haaland. Who will be hurt more?

We simply move Ben White to CB. We are not reliant on our RB position for our general play albeit White contributed a lot.

As long as we don’t play Partey right back

Maybe Kiwior to the rescue :eyes:

Holdini to perform some magic

Holding for a lot of these games is fine. Not great, but fine. It’s those big games that I worry about.

Kiwior to RB and White CB?
