William Saliba (2)

If he leaves on a free after next season we would have essentially paid 30mill + wages for a two year loan fee :grimacing:

I suppose you’d also have to deduct loan fees received for the near two seasons he spent in France after signing for us, but yeah, it’s still gonna look ugly.

Hopefully not something we’ll ever have to actually calculate lol

Just needs to get it out of his system.

He’ll be fine by the time we play at Spurs

He’s playing like a guy who hasn’t played in six weeks.

A bit sloppy but happens with young players.

Inconsistency can be expected. GFFN can still fuck off

Waiting on the tweet “Marseille couldn’t wait to get rid of Saliba”

That’s half the players in the League. Kick up the arse needed.

Horrible on the 2nd goal we conceded, been sloppy since the restart.

Not concerned though, still does lots of good things and is one of the best young CB’s in the world.

Just realized Arjen Roben looks like Patrick Stewart.

Crazy but I guess that’s got a lot to do with his age.

Because if we’re honest he’s not even the best CB at Arsenal.

Crazy potential though if he continues he’ll undoubtedly be among the very best 2-3 CBs in Europe for years to come

Arsenal defender William Saliba (€80m) has been ranked as the fifth most valuable centre-back in world football. [@CIES_Football]

Saliba is one of the best young defenders in Europe, at a club sitting top of the PL, so it’s quite right.

Yeah, obviously it has a lot to do with his age, and I’m not surprised with the evaluation.

Btw, looking back at our season and our back line… It’s a bit scary we have been doing so well defensively with such a young back line, withouth any major experienced players, even on the bench.

Of course they had some bumps and errors along the way, but all of them have been doing extremely well loking at their experience and the level of their opponents.

Just imagine them (Ramsdale, Saliba, Gabriel, White etc) with a few years of added experience, improving both individually and as a unit. Scary.

Not much around in this position really at the moment.
Not even sure what the criteria is being used on this tbh.

The Arsenal-France alliance is truly back on. Now let’s bring some more Frenchmen to the club please.

Kingsley Coman our new left winger? :xhaka2:

The boy has won a lot (being a substitute)
