Tbf, that sentient la croix at LeGrove has been such a mindless shill for Arteta since the start he’d probably call it a masterstroke if we sold Saliba for 1m.
He’s a player that did actually sign for Arsenal, so the idea that he’d want to move to England and play for Arsenal is surely not that farfetched.
He would have always been coming in as at best our #3 CB at any point since the day he signed.

Could we see a lot more of Ben White or Saliba at right back but becoming the 3rd centre back during build up?

He’s going to get plenty of games here, with us having European football and our injury record.
If he does start getting regular first team games and performs well, let’s hope the board don’t let him run down his contract, which seems to be the thing to do for a lot of our players.

I don’t think it’s a guarantee that Saliba will see plenty of game time. Not counting the first 3 games, Gabriel played 35/35 Premier League games. Ben White played 31/35 Premier League games.
He may well start all 6 Europa League games and play the League cup games before 2023 but that’s not going to be enough. It wasn’t enough for Olivier Giroud back in 2017.
You can’t rely on injuries. Saliba has to be worked into the Premier League rotation. Using him or Ben White as a RB/RCB is the best way to get him regular game time.

The five subs rule should also help in theory. Arteta needs to get better at rotating though.
