Who would you like to replace Arsène Wenger?

Ancelotti is hugely accomplished but not what we need and honestly he’s a manager on the wane.

His methods are questionable and he isn’t a good fit for a club that is looking to rebuild both in terms of culture and football identity, he wouldn’t be so bad for a super team but we aren’t anywhere close.

Also he would perpetuate the soft and comfortable atmosphere Wenger had allowed to permeate the club, he isn’t the one that’s going to galvanise these players whatsoever.

Not sure how someone who hasn’t quite cut it at teams expected to challenge for all the big titles in recent years can come here and be what we need.

Of course Sven wants Nagelsmann.

But he got away with a Champions League and a Bundesliga title in his last two jobs…

CL is great but the caveat is it was very fortuitous but Bunedsliga? You don’t get much credit for that.

Besides, those accomplishments don’t negate the fact he would be an awful fit.

Yeah, you do.

He has experience. He has shown to be flexible in his thinking and adjust his style towards the players at his disposal and how to get the most out of them. There are factors speaking to his benefit. Again; I’m not 100% for appointing Ancelotti, but the fit wouldn’t be as bad as has been claimed.

Bad news on Nagelsmann, it would seem. From a forum. pic.twitter.com/DdEcJGB7qd

If true we can take another name off the list. If this information is true it also explains why Bayern signed Niko Kovac. They just need to wait on Nagelsmann.

He does it at teams ready to compete though not at clubs that need change on a scale required here.

Not an ideal club for him at all.

Again; said this earlier today too. Just because that he hasn’t had a rebuilding job, or that his last actual rebuilding job was AC Milan, doesn’t mean he doesn’t or can’t do it. I’d have him over Vieira, Enrique or Arteta.

I don’t see it.

His methods don’t fit tbh and the stuff coming out of Bayern is very damning.

I’m sure there is some truth in what Bayern players have been saying, but we don’t have to take those reports as gospel either. Ancelotti has had a too great of a career for that.

Allegri

Jardim :kos2:. If we keep on not splashing the cash Monaco manager is the perfect replacement, as he can work on a tight budget.

Actually they have been documented and aren’t very flattering.

Documented how?

Referenced by journalists, particularly his time at Bayern.
