Can The Warriors (PS2 I think it was) be bought for the PS4 in same way the old GTAs can?

San Andreas had the benefit of coming after Vice City, the opportunity to build upon those foundations and add new gameplay elements and levels of character customisation. In that regard it could be seen as a better game.
I think it also comes down to personal preference for the era/genre being satirised/having homage paid to. When growing up most people I knew much preferred SA to VC, not just because of what Iāve said in the first paragraph, but because they preferred the nineties, LA, gang banging, hip hop influenced vibe of the game, because weād grown up listening to hip hop and watching films like Boyz in the Hood and Donāt Be a Menace.
Then youāve got people who are more nostalgic for the eighties, whose cultural reference points are more likely to be Miami Vice, Carlitoās Way etc who grew up listening to music from the eighties rather than gangster rap.
Having said that, I donāt fit that trend, so maybe the theory isnāt solid. Iām a child of the nineties and into hip hop and that era in a big way, but nothing is as iconic as when you first get on a motorbike as Tommy Vercetti and Billie Jean starts playing over the radio.

Maybe they have more DLC, do you get all of those:
Stuck on Hitman 1. Managed to do Showstopper but the next mission at the hotel I donāt know what to do, my stealth skills are awful and I end up getting into wars with about 30 security guards.
If you own a digital copy of the first one you can get the first game ported to the new engine for free.
Played both game, Colorado even with improved mechanics still sucks.
Edit: Need the GOTY version or similar of the first one apparently.
Edit2: Or itās free anyway and you need to redeem it from the first oneās in-game store

Yes but itās some slight textures improvement, gameplay changes like bushes to hide in and AI improvement. Now mirror work like mirrors for the AI.
You should be able to download it apparently, there are instruction for old people that still use physical versions.
Sexy I got digital 1 but physical 2.
GTA 3 was the best by far, the transition from top down to 3D was absolutely revolutionary and Liberty City by far was the best city. Anything that came after Vice City was garbage. I know theyāre pretty silly games but they got way too arcadey after Vice City, it was nearly as though they were aiming them at children and not adults.
Also talking about gritty adult games did anyone play Rockstarās Manhunt, now that was a fucking game.
Not an old person, just like buying things second hand and being able to lend/borrow games, and dislike the way manufacturers are trying to kill that market.
But I suppose I am a bit like an old person maybe in preferring to feel like Iāve bought a product rather than feeling Iāve bought a license.

Just started Vice City havenāt played this for at least 15 years 
Canāt believe it was out in 2002 I thought it was 2004 So I was playing this when I was 10
Edit: I donāt think I actually played it till I was 11/12 so maybe not 10

All I tend to do in any GTA game is try to stay at maximum wanted level for as long as possible 
Also they should make an up to date 2D version.

Would love that. I remember getting the very first one for my birthday and spending hours on it.
Remember when youād bring a hooker in your car. Youād rotate the angle while the car was vibrating and both you and the hooker would be sitting in your own seats in the car
