I feel like the inflated TV money that teams like West Ham get, where they are able to buy the likes of Kudus, Paqueta and whoever else, players that could play in teams in the top 6 for example. Plus the fact that they won that Conference EL Cup has given them a complex whereby they think they are equivalents to the likes of City, Arsenal or Liverpool.
