Bet they get Bilic.

I wonder how many managers they’ve had since 1998/99.

Without googling I’m gonna guess 27

Are we including caretakers?

Use the Pat Rice rule. If it was four games or more, it counts.

Talking of Pat he scored in the first ever game in the top flight for Watford.
Remember being made up for him at the time.

Wow that’s quick and they ain’t even in the bottom 3.

They’ve had sixteen managers in the last ten seasons.
That’s ridiculous.

Exactly.

Stupid club.

Isn’t there a ridiculous stat that Arsenal have had about 16 managers since the reign of Queen Victoria yet Watford have had 16 managers in 16 years?

How many months are we giving Claudio?

Job would be perfect for Henry tbh

Really? Has he proven he has any managerial nous at all?

For PL clubs, Chelsea and spurs aren’t much better.
Chelsea are on another level, they have had twenty three managers since the PL began and spurs have had more managers in the PL than we’ve had since Queen Victoria.

Why would a trigger happy club be perfect for him lol

I don’t think he has, he’s similar to paddy in the sense that he needs a club in the bottom half/championship to develop further as a coach. I think on name alone he could get an interview but if he isn’t interested I’m not sure where else he could land as a coach if he wants to take it seriously

@Darkseid Watford have some decent pieces, talent wise they’re certainly not the bottom 3 in the league. Sure the hire and fire culture there is very off putting for any coach but the opportunity is golden

I’d rather take a punt on Henry rather than Ranieri if I were a Watford fan

I’d rather go for a gig far more stable than that .

First sign of rain and they throw the captain overboard.
