Watford have an amazing managerial record, with fifteen managers in eight seasons.
With Hodgson, they will surely be the first club to employ two managers in a row who are pensioners

They will be replacing a seventy year old manager with someone older.
What a club.

Hodgson has managed four different international sides.
Surely that must be a record.

Don’t know Gus Hiddink’s had a few

There’s some other Dutch lad been at it for years too and seems to have a new team every AFCON and World Cup.

You’re right, he’s managed six different countries and twice with Holland.
He must have a nice flag collection.

I’ll say he’s gone by end of the season.

Pick most notable African nations and whoever is managing them has probably done a merry to round in Africa lol.

Our last manager Herve Renard had 6 international jobs with 5 different countries.

Think his contract is only until the end of the season

This isn’t who I was thinking of but can anyone beat twelve national teams managed?

Heh, ā€œPfisterā€

That guy who coached USA and Mexico in the world cup had a few.

Watford interviewed Wenger but didn’t give him the job because they considered him too young. :grinning:

I think it was Elton John who didn’t want him because he said " I won’t let Arsene go down on me "
