I’ve only nust realised this but he played as a winger quite a bit. I thought he just played there a couple times.

I just saw on the sports news here that Coventry City have a 10% sell on clause. Just wondering if that had anything to do with the hold up.

It was the agent. If the agent was supposed to get a 10 percent fee, and Sporting asked for €80 million, they would have gotten +/-€72 million (like we supposed to agreed on with add-ons), but Arsenal didn’t want to pay that difference for the agent I assume.
Well the agent redeemed himself not taking his 10% , i don’t know usually pays the agent fee the selling or buying club but if was supposed to be Sporting and then having to pay a fee to Coventry, I think they got the worst out of the deal considering Gyokeres was the best striker in Europe last season and we’ve picked up a bargain.

I just hope he is not another Laca or Giroud, no disrespect to Giroud, he has been a great servant.
We need someone like Halland or RVP or even Aubameyang
in terms of numbers, I think his output are among the highest in Europe.
Arguably the best out-and-out striker available on the market tbh.
