Viktor Gyökeres (and Pizza)

If we’re really after him, which I doubt, we’ll get him over United (unless he has a thing for Amorim). If we aren’t, don’t care where he goes tbh.

This has always been my thought. Doesn’t effect my feelings and thoughts about the player, but I can see him at Utd.

With the amount of goals he has just scored this season, is it surprising that no club, other than Man Utd, have been seriously linked with him?

Maybe interested clubs are certain he will move so are waiting until late to snag a bargain.

If Arsenal choose Sesko then Sporting will have to take the next best offer.

United are in the doldrums so they probably figure an early bid couldn’t hurt. They’re likely Gyokerez’s last best option given the overall situation at that club.

Best option in terms of wages. Yes.

From Ben Jacobs, deal not completely dead

Is my dream of getting both still on the table? :joy:

Highly unlikely.

I fully expected Havertz to lead the line for the majority of games next season, with Sesko waiting in the wings.

Can’t also have Gyokeres there.

Can’t imagine we will go big for to number 9s in the same window, especially with other additions needed and expected as well.

Nope, it’s dead! He’s going to end up at Utd.

Well time for a meltdown for those that believe everything.

We just need to get Sesko signed and all will be right with the world.

More importantly, what you been cooking today?

Roast Pork dinner today. Curry Goat and Rice and Peas for Ma.

Cajun style shrimp over rice.

Love roast pork. Not had curry goat for ages.

Very nice…I’m hungry now!

Al Halal would be a good move for him. Big pay day, and he can play in a less competitive environment where he belongs.

Yip, perfect move. He can use his experience against Portuguese olive farmers to help him beat up on Saudi date farmers.
