Don’t think 2 of those were realistic for us… what was Zidane’s status when we got Emery?
simeone will be one hell of a boring shit team to watch also, look at the shithousery he has got going on at fucking Atletico…fuck that shit might as well get some fuck like Pulis or Mourinho if we going for that guy.
Oh and before you say ‘well at least they win’ so did Jose win at Manu, do you see any fans begging him to stay, no they got fed up with the hoofball defensive tactics and even when your winning your left pining for some decent football. oh and BTW simeone has already stated he is not ever leaving that club unless they decide to get rid.
This thread is boring a.f.
Poch would have been difficult, but nothing is impossible when money talks. Pay off Levy with a handsome cheque and Pochettino would have been ours (especially in a very frustrating transfer market summer for Spurs, Poch’s head would have been turned)
Simeone could have been “tapped up” during our semi finals last season, maybe.
Don’t bother debating with them pal, absolute waste of time and energy.
poch is not going to do anything of use he never wins anything, everyone has continously said how they have a damn good set of strikers in Kane and Son and everyone saying how Eriksen is too good for them and supposedly have a far better squad in comparison to us, but yet he has been given years to mold this team but there are only a few points between us and them even on our worst ever season.
I get the argument about winning trophies, honestly I do. However, here is a manager who is tried and tested in the Premier League, clearly itching to move on to his next challenge and he’s literally on our doorstep.
An approach should have been made
how about you go suck each others cocks somewhere else other than this forum if our opinions are so far beneath you both. You both seem to think of yourselves as godlike and think that your opinions are facts, you both just like negativity…just fucking bore off already.
Pretty sure they would have pulled a Suarez/Pool move on us… I really doubt we could have pried Poch away, but that would have been a good move.
Let’s just cool down for a bit, sleep on it and try again tomorrow
Thread has reached peak Wenger already.
And therein lies the rub!
The very reason we failed with Suarez is the same for which we couldn’t prise Poch away from Spurs even if we wanted to.
A chicken-livered board
There’s talk of united having to pay 50-60m if they want Poch. Fuck having to pay that kind of money for a manager.
More like £100m if you include Mourinho’s severence pay.
That’s a completely separate expense though so no reason to include it.
But a good manager you would, surely? The club can do it for a player. Why not a top manager?
No. Absolutely not. Unless manager transfers become a part of the game (could definitely happen) it would be crazy.
And especially handing them that sort of money. No way.
Meh clubs pay big fees for top players see no difference doing that for top managers
