All 5 nations will have to go through qualification - but UEFA will hold 2 safety nets spots for if any of them don’t qualify.
But let’s be honest here, there is a genuine chance that Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Ireland don’t qualify. And 4 does not go into 2.

It’s the Euros. Qualification is much less demanding than the World Cup. England, Scotland and Wales will qualify, I’m pretty confident so the Irish teams should be pretty safe.
