UEFA Champions League

Honestly, I still think it’s too far ahead to think about them.

We still have a big task agaist Real, and we don’t know who we face…
I just feel super fortunate to be in such a position atm after facing the best team in the CL… Not thinking about who are we facing next, let alone in the final, for a second.

I’m simply enjoying the win. :wright:

I think we proved we can beat anyone now, pointless to think about the next opponent. And again, we still have a big task in Madrid.

As Poldi said in the legendary interview, after they got through the quarter final, in the 2008 EURO I think.
"What do you expect in the semi final? “It’s too early to talk about the semifinal…” “We’re in it” “Yeah…”

100% agree. It is only half time and we have to go to Madrid and try and do it all again. Need to approach it as if we have it all to do still. So proud of the result and the performance yesterday and it was amazing being there to see it.

I think we can all dream, but as you say it is important that just focus on the next match.

cant see bayern winning at Inter.. so it does look likely Barca V Inter in the other SF.

Inter get to the final imo.

They have an elite manager, elite defence and one of the elite strikers playing for them.

I don’t want to get my hopes up at all, but I think this is the first time I’ve ever felt in my entire time as an Arsenal fan that we might actually have a chance at a chance at a sniff of the CL

The media casually forgetting we’ve already beat the farmers league champions. I’m fine with being underestimated.

Emery overcomplicated it yesterday. That was some peak “respectball” from him.
Using a winger up front in Rashford and 3 attacking midfielders behind him, and surprisingly their most in-form player in Asensio not being one.

Overall, I think PSG wasted their opportunity to wrap up the tie in the first leg. They seemed to put their foot off the gas after the second but they did get a third in the end.

I don’t see Villa overturning this though. Sure, they’re a threat at Villa Park but this PSG wasn’t even phased playing at Anfield.

Yeah back when they were shit.

They’d be favourites going into a tie against us imo. I believe we can win the whole thing (did before Madrid) but I think they’ll be even more difficult to beat than Real.

Yeah, the tie is as good as over. One goal deficit and may be they had a chance. Can’t see them coming back from 2 goals down against this PSG side.

BOOK MUNICH, BOOK THE BUS HERE WE GOOO

does supercomputer put the rigged refs into the calculation?

They are only cunts when they are saying bad things.

Nonsense is nonsense even when its in our favour.

can’t stand Opta. That % probability for us to win, is ridiculous. Has Opta actually watched any our games this season besides the Real game?

We’re good, but we still don’t have a striker lol.

Getting to the semis (if we do), is big achievement for us considering everything that’s went down this season.

Probably not no. You’re definitely onto something here.

Can’t see how Barca aren’t faves given the opponents and current position.

Not much easier than our route but
a) no risk of Dortmund comeback
b) both inter and Bayern are shitter than psg
c) they don’t have 284894827384 hamstring injuries

PSG should probably be favourites over us too.
