Tel is a talent to be fair. Prefer him as a wide forward than a central player. Wouldn’t be against it. Probably would cost about 60m

Watkins in and Zinchenko out this week.
Lookman and Musiala in during the summer with Kiwior, Jorginho, Trossard and Jesus moving on.
I agree, although Kiwior is probably worth keeping as he’s young and not on big wages.
But if we do sign Watkins then Jesus and Trossard will be surplus so we can get some money for them as well as get their wages off the books.
We really need a top quality LW and playmaker so let’s hope that despite not having Edu, we are more efficient in the next window than this.

If watkins has done his nuts i dont see us going for him, what is the point why waste money on him if he wont be available just buy the striker we want in the summer.
Musiala is 99% signing a new contract with Bayern. He has said as much himself. They just finally agreed with Davies, who is his best friend on the team and the rumor has long been that their fates were linked. Every single things I’ve read about this all agrees that he is going to resign and be the next Mr Bayern like Muller who they build around.
Wirtz has not signed a new contract but he apparently has one on the table that will have a release clause somewhere between 100-150m euro. But many reports are also saying they expect him to stay now until summer 2026. The whole point of the new contract is to protect the club and the player for that scenario, rather than him moving in summer 2025.
All fine to have these players in a wishlist but I don’t think either are realistic. I would like to sign Vini for LW this summer too.
