On a serious note, do people actually find the focus on goalkeeper recruitment bad?
We’re losing a couple keepers between the first team and academy.
Ramsdale is also seeking regular game time too and it seems Hein re-signed with the expectation that he’d be allowed to go out on loan.
It ain’t fancy but it is something that needs to be addressed.
I doubt the club is being lazy on other fronts because of it. They’re working on Calafiori and there’s probably other deals they’re working on that hasn’t yet made the news.
Nah, it’s moved into meme status because of how good we’ve been.

Now now. Brits have never been too keen on American adaptations of spellings. Anyway, the lad may be set for da big time at some point.
I’m all in favour. As you say, it is a situation in the squad that we need to address. Setford seems like a very good signing IMO. Assume he will come in as 3rd choice with Hein likely to go out on loan. Still need a good replacement for Ramsdale.
