This guy just really fucks me off, one minute he looks like a fucking wall and unplayable. The next like David Hillierās twin brother, awful tonight and cannot remember his last good game.
Iāve seen David Hillier score a winning goal at City in a title winning season.

may be unpopular, but personally i feel we should be looking at replacing him soon. He has a lot of baggage and who knows how that is gonna affect him going forward. He has been brilliant but at the same time he has been absolutely awfulā¦could he start declining?
Not to mention he is totally unreliable. He starts to play great, then he is off injured or sickā¦then he comes back and has regressed having to warm up to the game again only for him to be injured again.

Look you have to give him credit in the bank for a really strong season until now. Heās a valuable member of the squad next season.
This is one of the positions in the team we had depth in and our manager chose not to use it when the player was no longer up to it.
Jorginho should start for the rest of the season somewhere in midfield at least.

Thatās the plan. Performance aside, theyāre clearly trying to lower the age average of our midfield, hence why weāre looking at 2 new midfielders in the summer.
And for the profile of players weāre interested in and what weāll probably spend, itās tough to imagine they come in to be backup.
Expecting both midfielders to come straight in for Partey and Xhaka.
Reckon the rest of the first team stays unchanged, with Saliba a small doubt due to his injury, which sounds fairly serious.
Hereās the rub though, granted heās been disappointing last four but why sell.
Your doing it getting the age limit down. I get it to some extent but you need older heads going forward.
Maybe he can be rotated if you get better young players in but donāt just sack him off on age.
You canāt run the club on this younger outlook totally.
We end up in the same situation. We are in the CL next season and heās performed at that level.
Rice and Caicedo havenāt yet.
Really need to balance this squad out and age limiting hinders it.
Especially in the era of players being fitter than ever.

Fickle fans. He was the best DM aside from Rodri for majority of season. It is no coincidence that his form has dropped since Saliba injury. He is being asked to do too much to compensate for that.
Yes we need a backup and I would gladly take a replacement if actually better than Partey but would they have handled the role demanded by our system better in the last 4 games, I am not so sure

Yeah I mean heās been wank for a month now but prior to that was the best in the league for most of the season.
Doesnāt need replacing yet just needs to wake up. Need a backup not called Jorginho though.
Exactly. Hes a fantastic player, we just need more options in CM and to not be so very reliant on him. Bringing in a new CM and then selling him would be counter productive.

If we signed two, say for instance Rice and Caicedo that can play his role, and then a big offer came in for him youād have to consider. But no way should we be actively seeking to sell him.
2 years left on his contract. Given weāre being linked with players who play Parteyās role, I donāt think selling him is out of the question.
No one can truly know of course, but I do wonder how much of an influence his ongoing legal issues has on his future with Arsenal.
The only people that want him sold are the ones that have been on his case since the moment the allegations started. Theyāve waited patiently for 8 months whilst he has been dominating for him to have a form slump.
Selling one of the top 5 DMās in world football does nothing to strengthen the squad ahead of next season.

Everyone knows that if they donāt let the emotional side of how they feel about the allegations get in the way.
And if you donāt know it, youāre just brain dead.
Selling would be completely counterproductive but I donāt see anyone actively pushing for that.
100% the club should be phasing him out next season though. Would be disastrous squad making if we donāt have a new long term 6 solution doing everything to push him to the bench.
I agree sign Rice and keep Partey.
