Have you tried Tesco or Sainsbury’s ones? Even the finest version?

They’re pretty nice and gooey on the inside.

I always like subway cookies as well

Subway cookies are too hit and miss. I’ve been leaning towards the Tesco finest ones but again unless they’re fresh they can be a bit hit and miss too.

I know it’s a shit hole for the most part , but Lidl cookies are absolutely Banging mate, if your one has a bakery section.

Hahahahaha. Does it make it worse for you that my main shop is Co oP

Well if you can’t do one of the easiest baking recipes, then it’ll be a waste to give you a good cookie recipe. Just have to buy them

My suggestion would be learning how to bake

Not usually a fan of anything other than chocolate in cookies but the Sainsbury’s white chocolate and orange ones are :fire::heart_eyes: Taste the Difference range

I think I’m gonna get a pack from Tesco, one from Lidl’s and one from Greggs. I’m spoilt for choice now lol

Are you trying to piss me off

If he really wants to piss you off he’ll eat them when he’s sitting beside you on the train

LOOOOL It’s literally because Lidl, Greggs and Teaco are so close to each other. Coop is over at Plumstead Common and Herbert Road and I just don’t fancy venturing there haha.

My intimate knowledge of Woolwich and Plumstead means I fully accept that explanation lol

Lidl’s own brand of chocolates, biscuits, etc. is where it’s at. Too fucking good.

I don’t know enough about the UK supermarket hierarchy for this to be meaningful to me.

I think it’s generally considered to be a bit more expensive than Sainsbury and Tesco, goes in for the fair trade stuff quite a bit. Not quite sure if this translates to some thinking it’s a touch more middle class, I’ve seen it said, but not sure people generally give it that much thought in the supermarket rankings. Perhaps cos they’re also generally smaller stores than the usual supermarket where people do the big weekly/fortnightly shops.

I do all my grocery shopping in person at a co-op, and do the big shop online via Ocado. I’d be awkward about how middle class I am but I’ve always got @Cristo and @Echoes with his pillars to make me feel better.

I think Co-op is pretty low down, and it was a socialist type thing in the beginning, wasn’t it?

Everyone owned a bit or some shit. I’ve never really shopped there cos of lack of variety, but their peanut butter is absolutely dogshit.
