If we win the league, I won’t give a fuck about any of the cups. But we aren’t there yet, if at all. So right now I’m pissed off at the utter shite we served up against Southampton.
That said, this team kinda reminds me of a rugby league team down these ways who had a couple of strong seasons and came up short before winning four titles in a row. Their coach was labeled as a bottler or the guy that fails at the final hurdle and now they’re ridiculously dominant.
It’s not exactly the same but people will say you aren’t a winner until you are. I hope things turn out similar for us.
