A company called Whyte Bikes managed to successfully sue Rich Energy drinks for copyright infringement regards to their logo. How did Rich Energy ever think they’d get away with this?
Anyone ever geniunely seen a can of this Rich Energy drink? People you speak to always say you can never find it anywhere.
Apart from sponsoring Haas F1, they seem to have sponsorship deals with other sports, including West Ham. Yet, they come across as incredibly shady. They claim to have sold millions of cans and everything above board, but very little evidence to show that.
The judge’s verdict makes for fun reading too:

Rich Energy probably turned the logo design work to some high end graphic design outfit and some ‘artist’ thought that, fuck it, no-one would notice, I’ll just ‘tickle’ this one.
Then all the Rich Energy brass ooh and ahh over the subtleties of the glorious new design - in the need to justify the likely hefty sum they had to shell out. Then some eagle eye calls it out and - voila!
