Sad for those close to him and his fans, but I’m not going to pretend for a minute I liked his shows. I used to listen to radio 2 quite a lot on my commute and his show was by some distance the worst, and he was the most irritating presenter.

Crazy thing is he was deeply involved in the next Dragon Ball project called Dragon Ball Daima that was a bit of a throwback to OG Dragon Ball.
It’s been a conflicting one for the community because people want more stuff like DBZ and DBS but this seemed to be what Akira wanted so people respected it and were gonna give it a chance.
It genuinely caught me off guard when I saw a friend of mine share a story about Akira Toriyama. I honestly thought it was some weird joke but it unfortunately wasn’t.
