Definitely but it’s progress that they won it.

Salah and Mane need to step it up, I think Salah will be fine. Just like Ronaldo he’s getting in the right positions and getting plenty on target, so is likely due a lot of goals soon.

Spurs could wobble seriously… to be fair, today doesn’t mean much… losing 2-1 to Pool isn’t tragic and they still have a lot of quality - the fact that their defense isn’t quite as solid is good for us and I can see them struggling with all the nonsense of lack of summer business plus stadium shambles… a key injury…

Maybe there is tiny opportunity with Spurs and ManU struggling this year to nick 4th… unlikely, but I feel better about it atm (notwithstanding our limp HT performance) than I did before the season started.
