Tuchel is playing a really strong team today. I thought he would rotate a lot more ahead of the Cup final. I guess he is more worried about being drawn into the top four battle than I imagined.
Look at his bench and people genuinely act like Chelsea donāt have a deep squad. If they can either find a system for Lukaku or sign a good striker and replace Rudiger thereās a very competitive team there

Thatās 4 changes from the weekend to be fair. Canāt rotate everyone when youāre also trying to maintain your position in the league.

This is the reason Chelsea never really fall out of favour for long, their squad has always been as big as their blood money runs deep.
Though when you look at what they spent and who theyāve spent it on its actually abysmal that they arenāt going toe to toe domestically every season with pool and City

I also think they canāt afford to have another shitty performance going into the cup final.
Momentum for them is in the toilet as is and that may play a huge factor, better to whoop Leeds and back to winning ways so they donāt roll to the final with their heads on the floor

I wonder if next season Tuchel will revert to a back four. Not recouping any money for the likes of Rudiger sucks but he isnāt that good lol. Might not need to implement this DEAD system with better defenders potentially.

Heās good if you play a high line because of his physical profile but defending deep i think his actual defensive ability is a little exposed

Itās more deep than being scared about Top 4.
They canāt go into the final with their confidence as low as it is now.
Times like this you probably want a a convincing victory to get some belief back in the team.
