It was always going to be a difficult season for Palace, Hodgson pulled off miracles. It was always a crap squad and they released a dozen players and once again never spend anything. (Where the fuck is their money, for that matter? 8 seasons in the Prem)

Andersen will become a regular starter. Eze and Olise will make the stronger too.

Dean Smith isnât the manager that Villa need. Itâs admirable to keep faith in him, but his 11th place last season and poor post Grealish form would have concerned me enough to move on

Truth is, Iâm in total agreement with you. I think Buendia is a decent talent whoâs ended up at Villa for a reason and thatâs because heâs never shown enough to suggest he moves the needle at a top club.
