Thoughts on 5 for the CB’s and 7,8,9 for the midfielders getting a second pick from the options before others have had their first?
None of those numbers get a shot at first pick from their options in the way the rest will have.
Or, I could throw in a couple of wildcards from before the 90’s at the start of each pick. EG, 8 in the pecking order is due for their turn at being first so I throw in Brady and Rice to give them the choice.

Oh do I get 2 picks too? If so I’d also have Campbell. 2 picks seems heavily weighted to the person in a 2 pick position. Not sure it’s fair.
Only SRCJJ, as he doesn’t get first dibs on the better players when it’s his turn to be first at the start of the next pick (this system will skip his go now anywho)

Why not just do single picks for each position? Otherwise it’s weighted to whoever is in a high position when the 2 picks come into force.
It’s hard to do that for the midfielders and attackers without dictating to you guys which formation to use 
And that isn’t something I wanted to do
@arsenescoatmaker when you think about, it’s only an extra 3 players others will be missing out on for the midfielders.
6 wildcards will be thrown in with the midfielders, so I can assure you there will be plenty of big names to go around
