It’s perfectly feasible the kid said that, or an approximation of that.
Kids often parrot the opinions and behaviours of those immediately around them, especially if it’s an older person they look up to (parents, uncles and aunts, cousins, family friends).
Its performative. They might often not fully understand what they’re talking about, they’re mimicking behaviours that have been modelled to them in an effort to impress and please people.
But yeah, this is very concerning. That child is dangerously open minded and a responsible adult better correct that quickly.
