Yeah the lack of outdoor options for pubs and restaurants etc has been such a shambles.
In Europe you seat outside even in winter and just have heat lamps and blankets to keep warm which is actually super nice.
A lot of it is down to the councils and some really fucking stupid rules. Even instances where councils wanted to charge rent on space being used on spaces outside pubs and restaurants in Bristol.
Greedy fucks wants to continue to reap from an industry they already pillage enough and is fucked.
