Not really it’s starch free which rice contains, many people are intolerant to rice me included if I eat it I can’t injest it, I have the feeling I can’t breathe plus it’s carb free.
I do believe their marketing dept. put that on in earnest knowing that there are growing numbers of people who are triggered by ‘plant based’. Yup, pretty fucked up.
