It is a fact that Adolf Hitler was rejected from Art schools across Austria. This supports the idea that he did indeed travel to Liverpool to study art.
He might have stayed with his half brother briefly to avoid conscription, but he never went to an art school.
As far as the urban myth goes, he worked as a bellboy for a year before returning to Munich.
