Haha, mostly just funny to me in it’s transparency and cynicism.
But underneath it, I’m pleased that they consider it mainstream enough to be popular, on some level it demonstrates society is more “tolerant” than it used to be of people’s sexuality. (I don’t much like the word tolerant in these contexts, but I cba to think of better phrasing)

I know what you mean, it’s transparent and it would have been nice if a fraction of these companies had spoken up sooner but at least it’s mainstream now.
Ironically one of the biggest markers to me that society has improved is that Dover now has a pride march. When I was a teenager Dover tried to have a gay bar and it had to shut down because of the violence. Little steps
