I liked what he said in the press conference about how he wants to first understand why things are the way they are before making a call on it.
It’s always better to get a context before making a judgement.

Yeah that’s fair.
He’s Vinai’s man tho and he has a large amount of fans backing him, as well as historically low expectation levels.
I’m honestly looking forward to him booting a load of players out of the squad that I dislike to varying levels, so that’s all he has to do to win me over for now

Lots of work to do and undo… really have to give Arteta this season to address the damage and figure out the squad… position matters not a tit b/c we are very unlikely to get top 6 and we aren’t getting relegated despite all the chicken littles around…
Season of sorting - get rid of Xhaka and Ozil by summer… figure out the Auba and Laca situation… figure out what we have in these youngsters like Nelson, ESR, Willock, etc. Figure out who is going to be the main man to pair with Willy Sal next season at CB… get a couple of young signings in to augment the departures (assuming we aren’t going to spend until summer really).
LOL he realizes he got the little brother of the rivalry and is jealous suddenly… queue the Spurs unraveling after the holidays…

I think so too.
In general the atmosphere inside the dressing room is toxic because of cliques. Ozil and Auba on the chopping block for their attitude for sure.
