The colossal suicidal mistakes we have in our defenders… seriously stuff that I would be pissed at 12 year olds for doing.
Sokratis is a solid defender but he’s never been a ball playing CB, sure blame him for the goal even tho it shoulda been disallowed, but we really should be looking at Emery for failing to understand his personnel and their limitations.

Wenger wasn’t too fussed about defence, Emery isn’t either. Both of them attacking oriented coaches, difference is we played much better attacking football under Arsene.
Criminal we didn’t go for a defensive conscious coach.

Its both but great managers get more out of their players… right now we are getting just about the nadir other than Auba. Frankly, we are lucky to have 8 points right now.
Feel like we have been surviving on personal brilliance for too long. Auba, Ramsey, Laca and Ozil the past year. Ramsey gone, Ozil declining, Laca seems to be struggling to get fit and we’re left with Auba. Hoping Pepe turns out effective soon because we’ll be in trouble.
Yeah agreed - it looked like players like Guen, Willock, Ceb might give us another little boost, but you can’t survive a total shambolic approach and performance like that… this is going to be a long, painful year.

It’s the first time I’ve seen Sok do something that shocking so I’m willing to give him the benefit of the doubt.
The Xhakas and Mustafis of this team can’t apologize because theyd have to do that every other week.
He’s honestly our best shout for captain. He’s a tenacious defender and fast but not a great passer. This mistake was on Emery because he needs to realize what the players limitations are. Emery is culpable for most of our mistakes I’d even argue he’s responsible for the Xhaka fucks up as well considering he’s seen these guys weaknesses come back to bite us over and over yet he’s not adapting.
His mistake was horrible, but I don’t blame him much for the result today… The team was kinda sluggish and slow the whole game, that goal just gave some hope to watford, but we still played shit the whole game and emery is the first one to blame. I’m even glad we didn’t get the result/win today, it would just hide the true problem. AGAIN.
