Today Shams running his first marathon. Going for sub four hour time. 16 mile gone at 2 hr 20 mins. Well inside but a lot can happen in the last ten miles. Fingers crossed.
At 30k 2hr 44. great even pace running so far.

Dont really. Just ive done marathons in the past and messaged him a few times about it. Just monitoring the app with his number.

20 mile mark in 2 56. Just over an hour for the last 6.2 but gets hard from here. No cramp or muscle pulls he will smash it.
I have no memory of the last 5km from one I ran in 2012. Just remember sitting down on the ground after and barely being able to get up! Hopefully Sham enjoys every minute of this!
