It just looks like they’ve accepted their fate and given up. Would imagine almost all of them would be looking to leave in the summer if they stay up or not, so probably don’t care enough to try.

In light of the club’s current position and a difficult run of results, the Board has moved quickly to appoint former Spurs manager Harry Redknapp as Interim Head Coach until the end of the season.
Redknapp returns to North London having previously managed Tottenham between 2008 and 2012, overseeing one of the most successful modern periods in the club’s history, including qualification for the UEFA Champions League and a run to the quarter-finals of the competition.
With the club currently battling near the bottom of the Premier League table and without a league victory in three months, the Board believes Redknapp’s experience, leadership, and deep understanding of Tottenham Hotspur will provide the stability and direction needed for the remainder of the campaign.
